About Me
I have been married to the same wonderful man for nearly 30 years and I am the mother of 2 fantastic adult boys and a gorgeous daughter-in-law as well as being Grandma to my precious grandson and granddaughter. I am a joyful born-again Christian. I have a number of health issues which have birthed an avid interest in wellness and resulted in my taking control of my own healthcare in conjunction with my wellness G.P. (Perhaps you say M.D. in the U.S.?) I spend alot of time reading all I can get my hands on regarding health, nutrition, supplements and anything else which affects how we as individuals live and thrive on this wonderful planet of ours. I am currently studying to qualify as a Naturopathic Practitioner.
