About Me

I have had numerous health problems in the past that began in my mid 20s. I have high blood pressure / hypertension and May 2, 2011 I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. I've started working out at the gym 3 days a week and eating smaller portions. As of May 2 I had dropped 21lbs from 329 to 308 since February 2011. I'm optimistic that I can overcome obeisity, hypertension, and diabetes with diet, excercise, and natural supplements.
