About Me
Was raised with plenty of food and not much in the way of healthy nutrition. Discovered nutrition about 35 years ago and immediately was relieved of severe hay fever. Since then my health is excellent as far as my constitution goes. My body is considerably beat up, rode too hard and put away wet too many times. Yet I rarely catch anything contagious and my system resists infections marvelously as long as I keep my nutrition tight. I am a Latter Day Saint (Mormon) who is trying to live the fullness of the Word of Wisdom (Doctrine and Covenants section 89). I am fully aware of the corruption and the cartels that control food and drugs in the U.S. and the world in general. I am trying to spread the truth about food and nutrition to as many as will listen. I believe that we must prepare ourselves NOW by learning how to keep our bodies healthy in spite of the overwhelming abundance and presence of the poisons that we are being fed and subjected to. We must KNOW the TRUTH and spread it as far and wide as we can.
