About Me

I come from a long line of self educated nutritionist and self educated doctors. Both on my mom and dad's side of the family. Hence, the hobby of research is in my genes. So, when the internet came about and I got my first computer that belonged to ~me~ it's been a true love afair from the start. I get frustrated at computers at times just like everyone else, however I was raised on computers so troubleshooting is just what I do. I don't just self diagnose, I go to my chiropractor, accupuncture, and at times get a deep tissue massage~which I find amazing.

I appreciate Dr Mercola's website -a "clearing house" of education, I also appreciate having the freedom to comunicate with other like minded individuals. Thanks Dr Mercola!
