About Me

I  am passionate about health prevention. I have been a registered nurse for over 30 years, am a distributor for USANA Health Sciences, and I am a certified nutrition and wellness consultant. I love to teach and educate the masses or individually about preventing degenerative diseases and living a healthy lifestyle. For fun, I do an energizing boot camp, cuddle with my 95lb golden retriever, and perform in a drama group for special needs kids.
