About Me

Have been a holstic person all my life. Eat only organic foods and use only alternative medicine.

I I have been on a health quest all my life trying to help people to eat better for a longer and

healthier life. I am a gourmet cook and all my foods come from a natural source. I don't use

artificial vitamins...only vitamin E natural and CQ 10. Although I enjoy eating out, I don't

eat out much because I am very concerned on where and how the food is prepared.

I am 74 and everyone says I look 60...I do believe that my holistic lifestyle is the reason.
