About Me
I am a nutritionally oriented grandmother raising a grandson (age 14 as of 2013) who is ADHD/ODD/PTSD. My focus has always been trying to help my family members (husband & sons) deal with the ramifications of the mental health issues that surround these disorders, including bi polar issues and remain sane myself!
My challenge has been trying to convince others to utilize the nutritional aspects of health in regards to these issues, which has not always been easy or successful. I'm 70 years old and take no medications, still work part time and adhere to nutritionally based ideas to keep myself healthy. I would like to pass on my hard earned knowledge to others so they may benefit from my experiences.
