About Me
I'm a life-long organic farmer and still active at 69. I do it because the quality of organically raised food is vastly superior, if proper techniques are used. Good food and good health are so inextricably intertwined and the message needs to go out if we are to survive! Congrats to Dr. Mercola for putting out such a good bevy of information and trying to stay abreast of health trends the way he does. He's more comprehensive than most!
