I am a man who suffered from anal itching that went away right away when I ate only sourdough bread. Also when I defecate all comes out in one piece, and I seldom find anything on the toilet paper. After defecating the anus closes up and that is why there is nothing to clean up. For years I have not worn "diapers", shorts, and my pants never have any excrement on them. When one has to use a lot of toilet paper to clean the anal area, that has to mean that there is sticky residue in the colon. Yes, I believe that yeast is a factor in colon cancer.
Interestingly, Lynn told me that yeast looks like a cancer cell under a microscope!
