About Me

I am open minded woman, interested in natural health and healing for the body/mind which I liken to an earthsuit that we wear for our experience here in 3D. This system seems to be sensitive to anything that is man- made ie. petrochemicals in the environment. My tolerance for man-made chemicals fluctuates so I am watchful for feedback especially from the sense of smell that alerts me to something that my body cannot currently detoxify. So for me at times my attention is on symptoms and how I can have a better experience of health and I also enjoy periods of time when my focus can go elsewhere to doing things that I enjoy such as walking, dancing, reading, surfing the net and enjoying lifes simple pleasures with others. The journey through Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and Multiple Chemical Sensitivity has been a great teacher in many ways as it has taught me how to appreciate what I am able to do and to live at a pace that suits me.
