You seem so intelligent so hoping for guidance: I am 5&amp;#39;9 female age 70. 50 pounds over weight. I&amp;#39;ve read and read and studied and now am so very over loaded with information. My confusion is: I enjoy fitness, have worked out for years, but only 2 x week...swim, walk, bike, and 2 x week wt training about 50 pounds. and some yoga. My eating was bad with stress eating. I am now on board with healthy eating, but quite confused about when I should eat, and if I should eat and what protocol of fasting would be best for me. Yes, I have a slow metabolism and as in the past used to have to walk 6 miles a day to lose weight and it took me 9 months of that. I cant do that kind of fitness now, so have to change to this eating protocol. I hope you can guide me. The only thing clear to me is the foods and I do have that down, just dont know when to consume them? I agree with your comment, the mind, the thoughts expressed, the follow action that follows the thought can and will certainly shape our lives in all areas/dimensions of our lives. Not only are we where we are now in our life today, because of our thoughts, which can also be in a physiological way, the habitual conditions programmed into us when we were young and concreted as we grew into man/womanhood by everyone we met whilst growing. Plus beliefs programmed to stop the opposite beliefs from entering our minds, so get thrown out when our mind empties the so called rubbish we have had programmed into us or we have placed there ourselves.
