About Me
Chiropractor from PA. I use joint manipulation, dietary counseling, and deep soft tissue work as primary treatment. I'm 46 years old. I like Snowboarding, cycling water sports and cooking. Current Health Regime: Eat one large meal per day at night in a Paleo like style. I'm about 50/50 protein to carbs but will sway to more protein often. My starchy veggies and fruit intake are minimal and generally stay in the 20 to 60 grams a day of carbs from them depending on my exercise needs. I do about 50% raw for both veggies and animal products and that will sway one way or the other depending on inner guidance. I exercise twice a week with one day being a 30/ 90 interval of 8 sets with combined high speed in one part of the body with simultaneous super slow contraction with low weight in another part of the body. The other days of the week I do a 30/90 interval with 8 sets using a 4-pound jump rope and a 20-pound weight vest. Once a week I do elastic band training with isometric contractions for a very healing, safe and fast twitch conditioning. This is all part of My Brutal Anatomy Protocol for anti aging.
For supplements I use astaxanthan, chlorella, spirulina, whey, Krill oil, turmeric, raw liver concentrate, ginger and many others all with breaks and rotation. I don’t use single entity vitamins or minerals due to their unbalancing drug like effects. i use non toxic hygiene products and cleaners.
