About Me
I am a woman who has passed middle age, and I wish to optimize my health in order to maintain a high quality of life. My husband and I own and operate a horse training barn, and I spend a good bit of time outdoors. I have indoor interests as well, and hope someday to get back to painting. We feel fortunate to have found Dr. Mercola and wish to stay informed on his products and the knowledge which he has to share.
