About Me
I am a busy teacher and mother of two who is interested in being healthy and in helping others achieve health, too. I live in the North of Mexico and it is really difficult to go against the flow in traditions and beliefs of what is healthy and what isn´t. It is also almost impossible to get organic and "green" products, but change is occuring little by little.
I am worried about our health, our planet and feel we owe the future generations a better legacy.
