About Me

I am a light-weight, 23 year old working in Romania with my parents and younger sister as a missionary. We have two churches here, and I primarily work with the children/youth, and enjoy it very much. I am interested in natural health information, and usually try to apply a lot of what I find. I think I am generally very healthy, I hardly ever get sick, and have few health complaints. I think it's a good idea to keep yourself healthy. Not only can you save lots of money by preventing disease, but nobody likes to be sick. God is ultimately the One Who gives us health.
