About Me

I am a somewhat healthy male! I am 64 years old! With only one problem, sciatica, which is caused by my hanging over the belt syndrom I am about 70lbs over weight and to day is 11-17-2011! I plan to lose it by next April! I do not take any pharmaceuticals! I am going to start on Dr Mercolas Whole Foods Pplus Vitamins as soon as they can ship them to me!
