Hi halle, Sorry it took awhile for me to get back to you. Thanks for the info. I will check it out. Mostly I have just been watching what I eat and cutting out alot of the sugars and processed foods. I also work from home with a wellness company that has some great vitamins and health specific supplements that have helped my fibro quite a bit. I have not purchased Dr. Mercola's eating plan, so I do not know how it works, but i do know that food combining does. It is perfect for every body. The only thing you are changing about your diet, is WHEN you eat your foods. You're not asked to eat things that are digusting or starve yourself. No gross protein shakes or crap like that. It's just real food. Also the newsletters share TONS of testimonies from users with all kinds of health issues so you can definitely relate. Please share your thoughts on this with me.
