About Me

I am a Christian and am blessed to be the wife of a wonderful pastor.  I am Hawaiian, was born, raised, and still living on Kaua'i.  And I am the mother of 2 beautiful children, a 5-year-old girl, which I homeschool, and an adorable, rambunctious 2-year-old boy.  I've always had an interest in health and nutrition, and it only grows.  The more I learn, the more I want to know!
