I am working here in france as a femme de menage,I am a Filipina and as of now my blood sugar is not in the right level and I know it is in a fluctuating level because of my fault also,most of my relatives have this kind of sickness,my father died because of the complication and my brother is having this also,we are in a medication only ,me and my brother knew that the culprit is the wrong way of eating,having seen all your advise and all your explanation made me happy that we have a lot of chances only to change the way we eat.......thank you very much because you're adding a lot of knowledge to us who are ignoring our health because of what we have today,and also I think it is a laziness attitude only that's why we became like this.....thanks for your help...GOD BLESS TO YOU and Your equipage....
