I"m 43 years old. Have a desire to be healthy for myself and my family. I am relatively healthy. I 've had 4 c-sections over the last 9 years. I'm about 30 lbs overweight. Other than my c-sections, have not had to be in the hospital or had any major health issues. I'd like to keep it that way!
