I am concerned with a number
of issues. I've had migraines all my life. I was diagnosed with "malaise
and fatigue" when I was in college although my doctor who ran that test
never called me back to do anything about it. I started "the pill" in
6th grade when I started menstruating because it was so bad (I have been
"pill" free for about 2 years now, was on it for about 20 years). I
am weaning off of my current antidepressant. I know I need to eat better but it's
not like I'm a fast food junkie. I love breads and pastries and am aware of the
consequences but I can't stop eating them. I currently take Damage Control
Master Formula, Cal Mag Citrate with D, B complex, B2, EstroSense (since I quit
the pill, and this has seemed to benefit me), Echinacea, and Vital Omegas from
Mark Sisson/Primal Nutrition. I have been on many of these for a couple of
years, and I still feel tired all the time. Combine that with frequent
headaches, and it's almost impossible for me to exercise. Is that an excuse?
Maybe. I'm sure gym rats would think so. Anyhow, after reading a number of
articles on mercola.com, I feel like I need to take ALL of his supplements! I'm
trying to figure out which ones would help me most to start, and since my
eating habits need a kick, I also want to start making smoothies so I need the
right protein. There is so much information out there that my head is spinning.
I need help taking control. Thanks for listening!
