About Me

I'm 59 years old, still working, dancing (club), walking, and work full-time in New York City commuting from NJ. I still care how I look and what I eat as my diet has changed quite a bit since being familiar with Dr. Mercola's website. Since dropping grains (at least 85%), my weight has also dropped and I can fit into clothes I used to wear 5-10 years ago. I try to to feed my 11 yr old cat, Bally the same type of diet - no grains, grass-fed treats, and high end canned food since she has "crystals" and I can only feed her pet vitamins in the form of kibbles. I am working to get my allergies under control (maintenance Rx is down to 2 from 7 four years ago.) I have nothing but the highest regard for Dr. Mercola for enlightening me on what is really happening to our food. It seems to me that it is not only in our food, but water and the freedom to choose which is at stake here. I wished my friends and family would believe me when I try to tell them about Big Pharma, the FDA and our Government. But we all need to walk our own paths.
