Female, age 38. Stared a full plant based diet, gluten free and soy free in May 2012. Currently dealing with infretility and trying a radical diet/lifestyle change to hopefully help my body heal, recover and get back on track after way too many years of abuse from processed foods and drinking too much soda. I'm thankful to have discovered this site and blog in my quest to good health! :)
