About Me

I had a grade 1 melanoma surgery on ankle on Sept. 7, 2010 with 3-4 lymph nodes removed for testing and all came back negative.  It has now been a yr. and I go back 4X/yr for checks and so far so good.  Wear sunscreen everyday now.  I take Dr. Mercola's multivitamins, coconut oil  and I am trying to clean up my act with craving sweets and eating just about everything I want.  Just had physical and I have a touch of cholestrol.  I also fall asleep ok, but do not stay asleep.  I weigh 148 lbs and I am 5'3" tall.
