About Me
Since having twin boys in 2004, I have expeienced health problems I never imagined having. The twins and their older sister were all diagnosed as being on the autism spectrum in 2007 and so I have made it my mission to explore the healthiest lifestyle possible for the whole family. Making a complete lifestyle change is challenging, however, very rewarding.
