Clint

jamNjim Several comments on carbs and meat. I do agree with you on the danger of too much carbs. The problem with too many carbs is that they cause the micro organism populations to sky rocket. This in turn causes their wastes to skyrocket. If the liver can not keep up with the break down of these wastes into smaller particles (metabolites), then these toxins start to accumulate. At this point they must be stored. One mechanism for their storage is the initiation of cancer cells by the master onco gene. The master onco gene turns on other onco genes which results in cancer cells being formed. The pulling of the trigger of the master onco gene is by excess toxins. Excess micro organism wastes turn into excess toxins if the body can not properly remove these wastes. This accumulation of wastes or toxins is what causes inflammation. As long as excess toxins remain in a tissue, cancer cells will continue to grow in size and will multiply. I AM IN TOTAL AGREEMENT WITH YOU ON THE DANGERS OF A HIGH CARB DIET. Meat is a different animal when it comes to cancer. It does not increase the micro organism count, so it is good in that respect. If only one type of protein is eaten per meal, then that meal can be digested with much less energy. However, if multiple proteins are mixed into one meal, then the amount of energy required to digest multiple protein types puts a drain on the body. This increased energy needed for digestion is less energy available for the detoxification processes. I follow a few rules with meat eating. And YES, I do eat meat and love it. It helps me to push the carbs further away in my diet. I eat only kosher meats because they contain less toxins. Another part of the cancer equation is toxins coming into the body. Eating clean meats per the Bible helps to keep this level down. I only eat one type of meat per meal. The book Fit for Life taught me this many years ago. I have been cutting my meat portions down to 1 meat portion a day maximum. 3 meat portions a day is something that only modern man has been able to indulge in. I like to eat the more natural raised meats. This last issue is minor to eating the wrong types of meat too often. I try to stop eating at least 3 hours before going to bed. This would include all meats and carbs. I attempt to rest my gut at minimum of 12 hours a day. About half the time I am going 16 hours plus. jamNjim, I don't have the perfect balance yet. I am confident that someday I will. I am approaching it by trying to understand what is going on within my body and always seeking divine guidance. The latter is the more powerful. You would think that would make things WORSE for the IBS. However, there is one more thing in Kimchi that makes it different and that is fish oil from anchovies. Sometimes whole anchovies and/or ground up anchovies are added. This changes everything. Why, I don't know. I just know the outcome from eating Kimchi (for me) is 100% positive. These cells protect them self from they shut out everything they are under attack in a wall everything out mode like an angry teenager. You damage the pancreas you suppress it with hormones acid/stress adreno response it just shuts down production and everything then needs to be glycated. It can be adrenals/kidneys/pancreatic/liver or neurological/transverse colon/kidneys/adrenals but always kidneys and adrenals and it's always lymph fluids. I don't see where they are getting their ideas from really. The text book functions are not even correlative with what mercola says. Apparently what he says changes many organs processes in line with the study. This is the problem with academia they alter basic truths to fit with what they like. For example dark matter/dark energy haha just made up things to make maths work within an isolated system, unfortunately you can't unify all systems with that because it doesn't actually exist so we get all these money sinks to find things that don't exist like all these disease charities, diseases don't exist either it's just a grouping of symptoms of acid damage branded by some narcissist academic. It's just junk science. It's not a static system and they are correlating one single thing added to a complex system they clearly don't understand in an intuitive way. Fructose is the perfect fuel for a cell, glucose is not. They can waffle all the inane idiocy they like it's just incorrect. A primate does not get pancreatic cancer, visceral fat coated liver from fruit. These people don't get simply written glycolysis yet they throw there opinions in the ring like they mean something. That's democracy for ya, it's never worked far to easy to make appeals from authority and play on ignorance. "insulin resistance" "Cells are not able to take in glucose, amino acids and fatty acids. Thus, glucose, fatty acids and amino acids 'leak' out of the cells." Notice every single thing here is an acid. The cell is inundated with acids. When these people have no understanding of basic chemistry they've been hamstringed. With carbohydrates you have a neutral homeostasis you haven't needed to introduce more acid/enzymes. You don't have "insulin resistance" anywhere you've got acid resistance, cellular waste. These people always have it upside down. I haven't gone back to the comments. I don't mind arguing with people it's just a bit of a downer to have to deal with them with the pitiful my dad could beat up your dad behavior.

Insulin resistance? Starch(complex carbs), protein(complex amino acids), acid metals, foreign hormones, anionic/acid fluids.
