I am watching a film called Ancient Knowledge that talks about many of the things you mentioned. I was wondering, do you use crystals? I bought some quartz crystals the other day, per Curious7's suggestion, to absorb EMFs. Does it matter if I buy smooth or pointed crystals, and do the points need to be facing a certain direction? If I have quartz crystals close to my head (hair jewelry, earrings) will they draw EMFs through my skull, thus making the situation worse instead of better? Sorry for all the questions, but I'm so confused.
