About Me

I am a 49 year old woman living in New Zealand with my gorgeous husband and a large organic companion garden, I drink reverse osmosis tank water, breath fresh air and am interested in all aspects of healthy living. I have worked as a trained nurse in NZ and Australia over the last 30 years, was an officer in a Melbourne fire brigade for four years in the '80s and spent many years immersing myself in natural self improvement programs. I qualified as a Louise Hay teacher and am currently an EFT practitioner, volunteer ambulance officer and work as a medic in construction in the film industry. Oh, and I am a total Dr Mercola fan!
