About Me
I'm a wife, mother, daughter and sister. I've been more concerned about mine and my family's health since 2006, when in the same year my mother died from Hemachromatosis, the most diagnosed genetic disease that none of her Dr.s diagnosed until a week before she died, and I had a thyroidectomy because of thyroid cancer. I have become increasingly disgusted and distrustful of Dr.s because their only "trick" has been to prescribe pharmacueticals. My husband is on two of the most prescribed medicines, a statin for cholesterol and an acid reflux med., I'm trying to get him off of both and get him healthy to prolong our years together. It has been a challenge but I finally got my husband to see a Naturopath after he suffered terrilbe central nervous system damage from the fluoroquninolone CIPRO. Of course the Dr. said he "didn't buy it" that CIPRO did this to him. With no help from him, except to give my husband another prescription for LORAZEPAM, I did my own research and got him vitamins and supplements to heal his body and he's doing much better. I love Dr. Mercola.
