Hi I'm a 32 year old, Avid Mercola reader and supporter for 8 years now. I have the greatest repect for Dr. Mercola. His courage and persistance to change the medical system are honorable.. With the information I've learned on his site; I feel that I have the knowledge to live a long, healthy life, with minimal aging! I want to stay young and healthy as long as possible. The hardest thing is adhearing to a healthy diet... About 10 years ago I found a great company called Neways International. Thanks to them I was made aware of the dangers of fluoride and other toxins in our personal care products... Then about 5 years ago I was reading one of the companies newsletters and they mentioned that "even Dr. Mercola recommends dark chocolate". ..Then later that year I was researching the ingredient xylitol ,and I purchased the book "The Sweet Miracle of Xylitol". In the book it recommened Dr. Mercolas web site as a reference regarding sucralose.... I went, looked at the material, and then checked the home page. Once I started reading articles, one lead to another that lead to another on and on... I just kept delving into the information, deeper and deeper. It became an addiciton for me, I read thousands of pages here, and thousands more through the links provided here and well the rest is history, I have learned so much! Thanks Joe!
