About Me

I'm interested in this site after watching the Dr. Oz show. After years of being a medical office manager coder and biller I have seen thousands of people with chronic diseases come in and out of the office that could have been prevented.

We are a military family and transition is part of our life; change is nothing new to us.

Medical Nutrition Therapy is important to me. Diabetes, heart disease and cancer are family history triggers. Avoiding these are major reasons I am on this site today and education and prevention are paramount to me and my family. I prefer not to take medications if I can help it.
