About Me

I am a retired married female living in the North East United States. I am interested in staying healthy and living a long, peace filled, enjoyable life with my husband.  We have no children and share our home with our two dogs and one feral cat that lives mostly outside.  We try to eat nutritionally smart, we do exercise several times per week, we take vitamins  daily. My husband still works part-time and we are in our late 50's.
