About Me

My background is Medical Technology focused in Microbiology and Blood Banking but several years ago I started my own Wellness business and now my passion is prevention through nutrition. My home is in Newburyport, Massachusetts, am married to Fred and have two adult children that both got married last summer! Two accomplishments I am proud of after my kids; my black belt in kempo karate and achieving the level of National Marketing Director in my business.
