About Me

Hello everyone. I am now approaching my middle ages. My picture is from 2008. Last year, mid October 2008, I took a "leap of faith" a got out of the stressful, uncaring corporate and recreational man's world to become a part of the health and wellness industry, a dream that I have had for a very long time. Having lost my only son 5 years ago, 19 years of age, due to an tragic motorcycle accident and experiencing some health issues of my own. I have long ago given up on the uncaring doctors that only want to medicate and not get down to the root of cause. Since I was a teenager, I have always believed in eating healthy, living green and exercising. Prioritizing my life and wanting to live healthier and not get hooked on taking prescriptions, I needed to find some answers. For the last six years, through lots of research and experiences, I have become a wealth of information and for helping myself and a passion to connect and help others.Thank God for people like Dr. Joseph Mercola and the time that he spends doing his research to help educate us. It makes it very helpful that I can help others. I refer everyone, including the doctor I work for to your website!

After months of prayers, (and no work) I am now a part office manager and part time public relations person promoting a new unique family practioner that actually dedicates herself to "old fashion values" in a very complexed/confusing healthcare system. We promote Optimal Health and Wellness. We educate our patients and others to better take care of themselves in alternative healthful measures along with the conventional methods of modern medicine if needed. I have also started a small home business with healthy alternatives products that I like to consume and/or use personally.There is a health revolution going on and I am glad to be a part of it!
