Hi, See my profile...not eating gluten/dairy/soy/sugar and taking vitamins/good oils and LDN may help. Ramen noodles are wheat...gluten. Pizza you can get recipe books to make gluten free bread in a bread machine which also makes pizza crust. If kids eat this way...they may never want to the the other foods again that hurt them. Gluten is oats/barley/wheat/rye. I use organic brown rice/quinoa. Walmart has rice noodles for cheap. Eating like an Asian person...minus the MSG and soy sauce is healthy...meat/vegetables/rice...and may make a person smart/healthy/happy and much more.
