About Me

I am a CFS/FM patient first diagnosed in 1992 with CFS and 1995 with FMS.  I have a doctor who has done wonders for me, he has me on vitamins, herbs and minerals, which are helping my condition. I am 64 yrs old and want to continue a good quality of life.  I would like to continue learning about maintaning good health.
