About Me
I have been health conscious since I was 18 years old and was usually looked at as odd when I was a young women as I had natural childbirth with all 3 of my children, before it was popular. I even had one of my sons at home, by choice and that was the most pleasant experience out of the 3 births, by far. I also had to put up with all the lectures from doctors & schools as to why I should vaccinate my children and even had one pediatrician refuse any further service because I wouldn't give in to his ranting about it. My kids grew up a lot healthier then most of their friends due to the many things I did & didn't do. I always did my best to raise them to be happy, healthy people and although I am now 54, there is always more to learn about everything, including health. I am still educating myself but it is actually harder now because that area has become so much more difficult to navigate then it ever was before...etc...
