About Me

Hi. I'm a firm believer in personal responsibility for self, which includes your own health, wealth, actions and the effects that you create.

I feel strongly that good health through a nutritious organic / raw based diet is important, but not the be all of life.

One should live life by broadly helping more than harming. If an action helps you but harms others and is detrimental to the planet, for instance, then this is a wrong action. 

The Eastern philosophy of trying to treat others as you yourself would like to be treated is a nice way to try to live.
