About Me
I am a reasonably independent woman who is looking toward early retirement. I am very interested in slowing down a little to smell the roses, catch up on reading the novels that have been shelved in favor of employment. I am looking forward to tending my roses and visiting my children. I have had some potentially stress related illnesses and I am preparing to have the time to focus on improving my health. That will provide an opening to do some travelling and see some sites and some long-time friends. I am looking forward to using this program to help work out what will be the best way to improve my health for the next phase of my life.
