I'm a stay at home mom to my three active boys, born in two thousand and two, two thousand and four and last but not least two thousand and seven. I feel blessed for this opportunity of a lifetime!
I was pushed to study health and fitness by my second son who had a number of food sensitivities.
The fact that it does not let me get any further starts to annoy me, hence I'm typing a bit of bla-bla here, to get past to where I wanted to go. It is wasting my time!
