About Me

I am 51 years old and was diagnosed with Crohn's disease 3 years ago.  I have been eating gluten, dairy and soy free that long and feel good, however, I'm still on the medications to help the diesase and psoriasis which I've had since age 7.  I want to ween off these meds and do all natural treatment.
