About Me
I'm a wellness/health "junkie"!!! I love information and comparing sources and ideas. I am the Mother of three boys and their health is paramount. I had them at home with the help of a lay midwife, they are unvaccinated, and we have a dairy and wheat free diet. We raise our own beef, pork, sheep and chicken meat and occasionally trade for some home raised rabbits. We have a huge garden and do some freezing for the winter season. We are, by and large, blessed with great health. "Knock on wood"!!!
