About Me
I am 55 years old with a living husband, 4 children, and 7 grandchildren with another on the way. I am a follower of Jesus Christ who came to trust on my Savior at the age of 8. I am so blessed with many spiritual and material blessings. I have been living with bad head aches and fibromyalgia for many years. I have tried numerous treatments from drugs to natural alternative, you name it I've tried it. I am struggling with my weight too right now of which I know menopause plays a big part in this. I exercise 3-5 times per week, eat some organic and natural foods, as much as possible. I will say...I really struggle with wanting to eat constantly and crave carbs. I did have treatment in my early 40's for belimia(sp.?). Everyday is a struggle with the way I feel. I take Elavil for sleep which doesn't always help and I even take a natural sleep aid to help relax me. I did attempt the EFT technique and didn't really notice anything..maybe I wasn't doing it right. So life goes on in th fast lane!!!
