I can&#39;t have dairy...it destroyed my brain. Soy blocks thyroid, Sugar swells my brain/body. Gluten destroys my intestines...Gluten free oats...are not gluten free. I only cook by scratch..nothing from a box exept rice/quinoa noodles. I am so glad you figured out about Celiac. That is great! Maybe you can help many more people!
