About Me

i'm a 48 year old medically retired critical care nurse. i have diagnosis of fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue syndrome and HTN. i'm working on following the Leptin diet, which hasn't changed my weight any but has stopped my hypoglycemia symptoms. for the crisis period of CFS i couldn't function mentally but now that my brains are coming back i love learning about natural ways to take care of myself. since starting the leptin diet and coQ10 and D-ribose i am maybe 1/2 back to normal. i'm starting to do light exercise. i'm looking forward to better living through better choices.
