About Me

I am a Holistic Nutritionist living on Bowen Island BC (near Vancouver) with my husband and 2 year old son Oskar.  I work at fantastic Integrative Cancer Care Clinic called Inspire Health (www.inspirehealth.ca) and also work from my home as Nutritional Consultant.  My husband and I have been running a Bed and Breakfast / Healing Retreat (www.bowenwellnessbnb.com) out of our gorgeous cottage behind our home now for almost 2 years since shortly after Oskar was born.  I am an avid gardener and food security activist (mostly through education) and am extremely passionate about people taking responsibility for their health and the health of the planet.  I encourage people to make healhthier choices and not support the Industrialized Food System (watch Food Inc.!), genetic engineering or anything that challenges the integrity of our food and its future.  We have the right to know the exact origin of our food and make the conscious choice what to consume and how to consume it!
