About Me
I am seventy years old. I have been widowed less than 2 years. I have survived stage 4 colon cancer. I am about 20 pounds over weight. I am university educated and have one daughter. I was 40 when my first and only daughter was born. I struggle with the glycemic index and also with getting enough exercise. I enjoy walking outside but living in a cold climate can make it difficult. I cared for my husband over a 10 year period while he had Alzheimer's (2 days off in 10 years) and am finding it very hard to put my life back together.
