56 year old female. Mother of 2: 10 year old and 34 year old Girls. Married. Self-employed at home 30 hrs/week. Interested in Creative Writing. Looking for time to pursue more. Garden with Husband; Flowers and Vegetables. Fibromyalgia/Chronic Fatigue/IBS cluster challenge me. And depression. Take interest in current world events, especially those concerning justice, enviornment, mental health, children's rights, children's education, food additives and genetic modification, neuroscience, humor. Look for guidance from THAT WHICH IS as I navigate my way through time minute by minute. Try to practice mindfullness. Try to be aware of my ego driven reactions/actions/thoughts...and make adjustments. Not a proud American...but would like to have an America I could be proud of. Too much to address here.
