You seem to take a large amount of vitamin D which you say has made you feel great. My question is, do you still take the same amount in the summer time? I don't know where you live. I take 2,000 IU's in the spring, autunm & winter, but when I sunbathe in the summertime (I'm in the UK) I stop taking the Vitamin D tablets. What do you do and if you stop taking your Vit D tablets, do you still feel as good? kind regards Monica

I just read your comments on Vitamin D.
