About Me
I am a wife and mother who takes the health and nutrition of her family seriously. At the time of this writing (November 2010) I have four children, all boys, ranging in age from 7 years to 4 months. I homeschool the older children. We participate in many cultural activities such as art and ballet. My husband is an endurance athlete and works in the environmental sector.
